We are always on the look out for new stores, boutiques, and gift shops to carry our line of jewelry and home decor pieces. If you are a retailer and interested in carrying Tresino in your store, we'd love to hear from you. - We will work with retailers who have a reseller ID number.
- Minimum order $100.
- Prices do not include shipping and will be quoted for each order.
- We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and business checks for orders. Business checks must clear prior to processing and shipping your order.
- There is a minimum 2 week lead time on all orders. We handcraft everything so lead times are a little longer but worth the wait!
- All order are shipped via USPS with tracking number emailed to you.
- If you are a local retailer (Berkshires of western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, Southern Vermont, or within a 50 mile radius from Pittsfield, MA) we may be able to deliver the products directly to you.
- Reporting incorrect items - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
- Returns - we do not accept returns on wholesale orders. If you receive a damaged item contact us and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
- All items come with a Tresino branded gift box.
- Mind-Changing Clause: If we ever decide to change our minds about any of the above, update pricing or minimums, or discontinue certain styles and colors, we may do so at any time. However, we will do our best to let you know of any changes well in advance!
